Eligibility Criteria and Qualification Details

Candidates holding a relevant Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with verified professional experience are eligible for these PMU positions:

1. Senior Manager – PMU (PPS-10)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred). Registered Professional Engineer with PEC.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in large-scale building and infrastructure projects in a senior position. Preference will be given to candidates with lead experience in international mega building projects.

2. Manager Civil (PPS-9)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred). Registered Professional Engineer with PEC.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale building and infrastructure projects.

3. Manager MEP (PPS-9)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred). Registered Professional Engineer with PEC.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale building and infrastructure projects.

4. Manager IT (PPS-9)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or IT (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, AV, security, and smart building systems. Experience in convention centers, stadiums, or data centers preferred.

5. Manager BIM (PPS-9)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field with professional certification in BIM software.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in BIM implementation on major projects.

6. Manager Finance (PPS-9)

• Qualification: MBA Finance, ACCA, ACMA, CFA, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in project finance, infrastructure projects, public sector development, or financial management.

7. Documentation Officer (PPS-7)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, Architecture, Library Sciences, HR, Management, or Social Sciences.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience. Proficiency in EDMS, MS Office, and project collaboration platforms required.

Salary and Employment Terms

Selected candidates will be hired on a contract basis under Project Pay Scales (PPS-7 to PPS-10). Specific monthly remuneration packages are governed by standard government Project Pay Scale rules. No TA or DA will be provided for appearing in tests or interviews, and original academic and experience documents must be presented at the time of interview.
