Detailed Position Requirements

1. Senior Manager – PMU (PPS-10)

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred), registered as a Professional Engineer with PEC.

Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in large-scale building and infrastructure projects in a senior position. Preference is given to candidates with lead experience in international mega-building projects.

2. Manager Civil (PPS-9)

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred), registered with PEC.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience managing civil structural and architectural works in large-scale building and infrastructure projects.

3. Manager MEP (PPS-9)

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred), registered with PEC.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in large-scale building projects.

4. Manager IT (PPS-9)

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, AV, security, and smart building systems, preferably in convention centers or sports complexes. Relevant professional certifications in IT and cybersecurity are advantageous.

5. Manager BIM (PPS-9)

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline with professional BIM certification.

Experience: Minimum 8 years of BIM execution experience across multidisciplinary construction models on major projects.

6. Manager Finance (PPS-9)

Qualification: MBA Finance, ACCA, ACMA, CFA, or equivalent accounting qualification.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in project finance, public sector development projects, public procurement, and financial management.

7. Documentation Officer (PPS-7)

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, Architecture, Library Sciences, HR, or Social Sciences.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic document management systems (EDMS), record management, and project coordination.
