Eligibility and Qualifications
Candidates must meet the specific educational and experience requirements for each position as detailed below:
Assistant Chief (BPS-18)
- Education: Holding a Grade-C or equivalent Master’s Degree in Management Sciences, Social Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Human Resource, or LLB from an HEC-recognized institution. Higher qualification will be preferred.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience, with at least 2 years in Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, Project Management, Women Rights, Legal issues, and Report Writing in the Government Sector, INGO, or NGO.
Steno Typist (BPS-14)
- Education: Intermediate Pass or equivalent (Grade-B).
- Skills: Typing speed of 40 words per minute, computer literate, and shorthand speed of 80 words per minute.
Driver (BPS-04)
- Education: Middle Pass.
- Requirements: Must possess a valid driving license and be medically fit.
Naib Qasid (BPS-04)
- Education: Primary Pass. Preference will be given to Middle Pass candidates.
General Terms and Conditions
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
- Applicants must present original documents along with attested copies of degrees/certificates, CNIC, and other relevant documents at the time of the interview.
- Any false or forged information/credentials will result in cancellation of candidature and legal action.
- Employees already working in Government/Semi-Government Departments/Autonomous Bodies must apply through the proper channel.
- Age relaxation will be admissible as per government policy.
- Age will be counted up to the closing date for receipt of applications.

How to Apply
- For Serial No. 01 (Assistant Chief) and 02 (Steno Typist), interested candidates must first visit the ETS website and create a profile before applying online for the desired posts. A complete tutorial video for candidates’ guidance is available on the ETS website.
- For Serial No. 03 (Driver) and 04 (Naib Qasid), interested candidates may download the application form with the challan form from the ETS website.
- After successful submission of the online application for Serial No. 01 and 02, candidates must print the application form with the challan form and submit the fees mentioned on the challan form (non-refundable/non-transferable) in any MCB bank branch. Candidates can also submit fees online, print the receipt, and attach it with the application form.
- After fee submission, candidates must send the application form along with the challan form (signed & stamped by the bank) and all their duly attested credentials (degrees/certifications/CNIC/experience certificates copy etc.) to Elite Testing Services, Office No. 11, 1st Floor, London Plaza, G-9 Markaz, Islamabad.
- For guidance/queries, candidates can contact 0331-5105494 (WhatsApp ONLY) within the due date.
- Candidates must send their application form along with credentials in an A4 envelope and must not fold their form and documents.
- Candidates are advised to keep visiting the ETS website at least 3 times a week, as SMS notifications may not always be received due to network issues.
- Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETS to download and print their Roll No slips from the ETS Web site. Candidates are directed not to give ported/converted mobile numbers.
- After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate’s copy) with the bank’s desired stamp and do not share it with anyone else.
- Candidates applying for Serial No. 01, 02, and 03 must apply online on the ETS website .
- Test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.
- No separate call letters will be issued for screening tests through postal/courier means.
