| Manager Business Development | 1 | Masters / Bachelors (16 years education) preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or Sales from an HEC-recognized university. | 08 years in business development, client acquisition, space/venue sales or event marketing; proven revenue generation record. |
| Manager MEP | 1 | B.Sc. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a PEC-recognized institution (valid PEC registration required). | 10 years in operation and maintenance of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire-fighting and allied building services. |
| Manager Civil | 1 | B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a PEC-recognized institution (valid PEC registration required). | 08 years in civil works execution, building maintenance, repair & renovation, BOQ preparation and contractor supervision. |
| Manager Finance | 1 | ACCA / ACMA or CA (Finalist). | 10 years in financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, audit coordination and statutory compliance; public sector. |
| Assistant Manager ERP | 1 | Bachelors / Masters (16 years education) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or MIS. | 03 years in ERP implementation, configuration and support (Finance, HR, Inventory or Procurement modules); reporting and data migration experience. |
| Network Operator | 1 | Bachelors (16 years education) in Computer Science / IT, or DAE (Computer/Electronics) with relevant certification (CCNA or equivalent preferred). | 02 years in network operations, LAN/WAN administration, CCTV & IP systems, hardware support and helpdesk operations. |
Eligibility and Qualifications
Applicants must meet the specific minimum qualification and experience requirements for each position as detailed in the table above. Generally, candidates should possess relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees from HEC-recognized universities or PEC-recognized institutions, along with significant professional experience in their respective fields.
