About Additional Director Security (Operations)
National Police Foundation NPF is hiring for the post of Additional Director Security (Operations) (1 post) in Islamabad.
The Additional Director Security (Operations) will be responsible for the overall operational security planning, management, and execution for the National Police Foundation.
- Oversee and manage security operations and personnel.
- Develop and implement operational security plans.
- Provide training and ensure effective command in security-related matters.
Requirements for Additional Director Security (Operations)
Applicants for Additional Director Security (Operations) should have a Master's or Bachelor's (16 years) degree in Management Sciences, Business Administration, Public Administration, or Security Management, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in security operations.
- Education: Master's / Bachelor's (16 years) degree in Management Sciences, Business Administration, Public Administration, Security Management or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university. Retired Armed Forces officers of the rank of Lieutenant Colonel or equivalent, or equivalent Police/Law Enforcement officers with relevant operational security experience may also be considered.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years experience in command, security operations, operational planning, training and management of security personnel.
- Skills: Special Operations/Special Forces and Staff Course qualification, as well as experience with Police/Law Enforcement Agencies, shall be preferred.
