About Deputy Assistant Director TAS (Operations)

Requirements for Deputy Assistant Director TAS (Operations)
Candidates for Deputy Assistant Director TAS (Operations) should hold a Master's or Bachelor's (16 years) degree in Management Sciences, Business Administration, Computer Science/IT, or a related field, with up to 3 years of relevant experience in testing and assessment operations.
- Education: Master's / Bachelor's (16 years) degree in Management Sciences, Business Administration, Computer Science/IT or equivalent in a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: Up to 3 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience in testing and assessment, examination management, recruitment testing, project coordination or related operations, preferably in Government/Public Sector, autonomous bodies, educational institutions, testing agencies or large-scale organizations.
- Skills: Experience in planning and conducting large-scale examinations, CBT/physical testing, candidate management, result processing, quality assurance, and coordination with stakeholders.
