About Deputy Assistant Director TAS (Development)
National Police Foundation NPF is hiring for the post of Deputy Assistant Director TAS (Development) (1 post) in Islamabad.

Requirements for Deputy Assistant Director TAS (Development)
Applicants for Deputy Assistant Director TAS (Development) should have a Master's or Bachelor's (16 years) degree in Management Sciences, Business Administration, Computer Science/IT, or a related field, with up to 3 years of relevant experience in testing system development.
- Education: Master's / Bachelor's (16 years) degree in Management Sciences, Business Administration, Computer Science/IT or equivalent in a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: Up to 3 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience in testing and assessment, examination systems, recruitment testing, educational technology, project development, or related fields, preferably in Government/Public Sector, autonomous bodies, educational institutions, testing agencies, or large-scale organizations.
- Skills: Experience in development and improvement of testing systems, CBT platforms, assessment methodologies, test design, digital workflows, data management, quality assurance and implementation of new testing initiatives.
